GuardSys™ CSM/ARC offers a flexible, advanced, and responsive security service. Our Central Station gives the highest-caliber security services to global clients as well as domestic. GuardSys™ Central Station is comprised of a two-level incorporated model. Level one handles operational services (OS) and level two physical services (PS).
OS entails an alert staff to examine a range of security systems continuously
to note on-the-spot technical malfunctions and the need for an urgent maintenance intervention. PS handles the construction of the monitoring spaces ordered by the customer.
Most vital to the operation of alarm receiving center service is its ability to connect with local law enforcement in emergency cases to report possible security breaches.

GuardSys™, in order to provide its customers with the most secured alarm receiving center, contracts with the highly-regarded Securi-Guard (SG), a monitoring systems company.
SG monitoring software is a signaling technology, able to remotely test all alarm systems, including but limited to:

- Intruder
- Panic
- Vulnerable Worker
Most essential to the integrity of the monitoring system, SG sends GuardSys™ server’s automated activation reports each time our client information changes.
This automated reporting allows us to coordinate transmitting and receiving information, assuring our customers continue to receive the protection of their investment.
To help us better serve our client-base, SG monitoring software has an add-on component that syncs with our installation processes.
Meaning GuardSys™ installation technicians can proceed with ordinary maintenance or repair issues through a remote enabled connection to SG.
